The sample projects were developped in Visual Studio 2008, Silverlight 3 Tools for Visual Studio 2008 SP1, Silverlight 3 Toolkit November 2009, and Expression Studio 3 (Japanese). And all samples were debugged by Visual Studio 2010 RC, Silverlight 4 Tools for Visual Studio 2010 RC, Silverlight 4 Beta Toolkit November 2009, Expression Blend 4 Beta (English).

All of the examples are written in Visual Basic.
