The 400 pages book about Silverlight Programming, that contains 62 sample projects, written by PROJECT KySS (Kuniyasu Yakushiji and I ) was published by Kohgaku-Sha Co.,Ltd. in 13 May 2010.
The sample projects for Silverlight 3 or Silverlight 4 plug-ins, were developped in Visual Studio 2008, Silverlight 3 Tools for Visual Studio 2008 SP1, Silverlight 3 Toolkit November 2009, and Expression Studio 3 (Japanese). And all samples were debugged by Visual Studio 2010 RC, Silverlight 4 Tools for Visual Studio 2010 RC, Silverlight 4 Beta Toolkit November 2009, Expression Blend 4 Beta (English).

All of the examples are written in Visual Basic.
